Hi, my name is Bruce Linder. Since I am a self employed retailer and have been for 30 years, I tend to be critical of other retailers. When it comes time for me to make a purchase I insist on three factors to determine where to spend my money:

1. The store has selected good or high quality merchandise competitively priced for me to choose from.
2. The people selling it are very knowledgeable in the products they are selling and will direct me in the right direction when making a selection.
3. The experience should be fun. Why should one spend their hard earned money if its not fun to do so.
I believe that these principles are adhered to at Linder Opticians. I believe that if a customer thinks that they can get a better product, more competitively priced, with better service elsewhere then they should do so.

Judging from our growth chart this approach seems to be working. I should mention that we have five retired opticians living in this community who are customers here. We have regular customers from many other states. Statistically 95% of our business is generated by word of mouth and more than 30% of our customers are new. We also retain a very high percentage of repeat customers.
